My apothecary is a collection of high-quality, handcrafted products designed to promote wellness, both physically and spiritually. The herbs I use are primarily from my own garden, and I personally create every item infused with intention, including teas, oils, and incense. I add a deeper layer of purpose to each piece by applying Reiki and charging them under corresponding astrological transits and moon phases to amplify their natural energies.
Origin Story
“A Little Love and Light” was born from a personal journey. Before I fully understood my own mental health, I was diagnosed with anxiety and prescribed pharmaceuticals. But I felt drawn to a different path—one that was more holistic and connected to nature.
This personal struggle became the catalyst for my first creation: a roller blend called “anxiety be gone.” This wasn’t just another product; it was a deeply intentional remedy. I infused essential oils with carefully selected herbs and crystals, holding the pure intention of “calm” with every step.
What started as a personal solution soon found its way to friends and family, who became my first loyal customers. Their trust and support proved that natural remedies, when combined with genuine intention, could make a real difference.
And so, in November 2019, “A Little Love and Light” was established—a brand built on the belief that a little love and light can be found in a holistic approach to wellness. I continue to craft all of my products with the same intention and care that started it all.
When not from my garden, ingredients are ethically sourced, non-toxic and naturally safe.
